1. Definitions

“The Company” refers to Ntkhub.com, the seller of goods or services.
“Buyer” refers to the person or organization placing an order with us.
“Goods or services” mean the product(s) or service(s) for which the buyer places an order.

2. Payment

All payments must be completed at the time of order. If payment is not received or is declined, your order will not be processed and no items will be shipped. Ownership of the items remains with Ntkhub.com until full payment is received.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and PayPal for your convenience.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated and charged at checkout, based on the shipping address and selected options.

  • Domestic & International Shipping: Rates may vary depending on your location. Additional charges may apply for international and expedited orders.
  • Lost Items: If your package is lost during transit, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Damaged Items: While we take every precaution in packaging, we are not liable for damages that occur during shipping. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving such issues.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before payment is completed. Once payment is processed, the order is confirmed, and the buyer is responsible for the purchase.

6. Discounts, Gift Cards & Rewards

To apply a discount code, gift card, or reward points:

  1. Go to your shopping cart and click Checkout.
  2. On the right side of the screen, enter your code in the “Discount Code / Gift Card” field.
  3. Available reward points will be displayed with an option to apply them to your order.

Note:

  • Discounts cannot be added after an order is placed.
  • Only one discount or promo code can be used per order.

Please make sure to apply any codes before completing your purchase.

7. Refunds

If a refund is issued, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or card, depending on your financial institution.

8. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD.
Prices may appear in other currencies for convenience, but checkout is always completed in USD using the most current exchange rate.

9. Legal Disclaimer

Ntkhub.com is not responsible for any health or safety issues that may arise after the buyer has received the goods or services. By placing an order, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the proper use of the products.

Any disputes arising from use of our website or purchases made will be governed by the applicable laws of the company’s registered jurisdiction.
