Product Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Orders are confirmed for printing 3 hours after they are placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, your order is eligible for cancellation or modification only within 3 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.


Refund Policy:

Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the items. You are welcome to keep the original items at your discretion.

If the item is defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support. You must contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement. Therefore, we recommend that you unpack your order immediately upon receipt and reach out to us if there are any issues.


Claim Procedures:

  1. Take a photo of the item(s)
    We require photographic evidence to resolve claims. Please ensure you provide at least one clear and well-focused photo of the defective item. Claims submitted without proof will not be reviewed.
  2. Contact us via email ([email protected])
    Please submit the photo(s) and clearly state whether you would prefer a remake or a refund. This will help us process your claim more efficiently and avoid any back-and-forth communication.
  3. Wait for our support team to respond
    Our support team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a resolution.

Remake Timeline:

Once our support agent confirms that a remake is eligible for your claim, please follow the delivery timeline provided. Once the remake is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping update. This will be the only communication regarding your remake, so please pay attention to the updates.


Refund Timeline:

Once your refund is issued, the amount will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase. It will typically take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. If the refund does not appear after this period, please contact your bank for further assistance.

Please note that you can only choose either a refund or a remake. Both options cannot be processed simultaneously.
